摘要 针对汽车覆盖件拉延冲压效应所带来的厚度变化,提出一种新的考虑料厚变化的材料利用率计算方法。该方法应用冲压仿真计算获取零件成形后各个区域不同的料厚值,结合仿真模型的单元数量计算出零件网格模型的重量,并通过单元总面积和数模总面积对比修正,使得基于仿真计算的零件重量基本接近实际零件重量。同时以拉延筋外边界线对拉延件外轮廓曲线进行限定,结合一步法和冲压仿真迭代计算获得最小坯料轮廓线。计算出修正的网格模型重量和最小毛坯重量的比值后,即可获得非常接近实际情况的材料利用率。 Abstract: In view of the thickness change caused by stamping effect of the automobile panel, a new method is put forth to calculate the material utilization ratio. The thickness of the part in different regions after stamping is acquired through stamping simulation and combined with the element number of the simulation model, the weight of the part's grid model is worked out, which is very close to the actual weight of the part after correction by contrast of the total element's area and the design model's. Meanwhile, combined with one step and iterative simulation calculation, the minimum blank outline is worked out by limiting of drawing part's outline according to outside boundary of drawbead and the accurate material utilization ratio which is close to actual value can be acquired after calculating the ratio value of the corrected grid model's weigh and the minimum blank's.
