雌激素及其受体在能量代谢中的作用 被引量:8

摘要 能量代谢异常可导致一系列身体机能紊乱.胰岛素抵抗和肥胖是代谢综合征和心血管疾病的危险因素.年轻女性发生糖尿病、心血管疾病的风险远低于男性,而绝经后女性糖耐量异常和中心性肥胖发生率骤增,与男性持平.这提示雌激素是糖、脂代谢的重要调节因子[1].ER分布在全身各个脏器,受体类型多样、信号途径多重、调控模式复杂.近年来,对雌激素及ER在能量代谢调节机制方面的研究日益深入,本文对此作一综述.
