心肌球源性干细胞的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 一直以来,人们都认为心脏是终末分化的器官,不能够进行内源性的修复。然而近年来科学家们从心脏中分离出c—kit+及Sca-1+干细胞,这些干细胞能够参与维持心肌稳态和心脏的病理修复,称之为心脏干细胞。心脏干细胞具有自我更新、无性繁殖和多向分化的能力,能够分化为心肌、平滑肌和内皮细胞。
