通过组织的农村社区文化治理:何以可能,何以可为——以农村老年人协会为考察对象

Rural Community Culture Management Through Organization: How to Be and What to Do——Based on Survey on the Rural Elderly Association

引入文化治理的概念,以老年人协会为考察对象,探讨了社会组织在农村社区文化重建和村落社区治理中的机制与功能。研究发现,老年人协会在实践中孕育了契约主义文化,为村庄权威治理功能的发挥提供了社区文化网络的支撑,并提高了农民在社区文化治理中的参与度,增强了农民的社区认同感。老年人协会滋养了社区的公共性,恢复了村庄的价值生产能力,缓解了农民的焦虑感,使农民得以找到生命的归属感和行为表达的制度化依据,有利于维护社会转型期农村社区的秩序稳定。

Based on Survey on the rural elderly association, this paper introduces the concept of cul- tural management, discusses the mechanism and function of the social organizations, in the process of reconstruction of rural community culture and community management. This study found that, in prac- tice, the rural elderly association has gradually developed contract socialist culture, played active roles in terms of providing the community culture network for village authority, encouraged farmers~ participa- tion in the management of cultural network, as well as enhanced their community identity. The rural elderly association, which has positively improved publicness of Community, increased the value pro- duction capacity of village, and relieved farmers＇ anxiety, leads them to life belongings and institution- alized basis for behavioral expression, thus helping to maintain the stability of rural community in the social transformation era.
