超声分析下肢静脉烟雾样改变与血栓形成及凝血指标异常的关系

Relationship of smoke-like echo pattern of the lower limb veins with thrombosis and abnormal coagulation parameters

目的分析下肢静脉烟雾样改变与血栓形成及凝血指标异常之间的关系。方法将63例下肢静脉呈烟雾样回声改变的患者根据有无血栓形成分为血栓形成组25例和血栓未形成组38例,并记录其凝血指标,结果进行对比分析。结果 63例下肢静脉烟雾样改变患者,声像图表现为静脉管腔内显示细密的烟雾样弱回声,在管腔内缓慢漂移。25例血栓形成患者声像图表现为管腔内强弱不等的实性回声。46例患者凝血指标异常,各项凝血指标在血栓形成组和血栓未形成组间比较差异均无统计学意义。结论下肢静脉烟雾样回声改变可提示患者存在凝血指标异常,呈高凝状态或下肢静脉血栓形成。

Objective To investigate the relationship of smoke -like echo pattern of the lower limb veins with vein thrombosis and abnormal blood coagulation parameters. Methods According to whether thrombosis, 63 patients with smoke-like echo pattern in their lower limb veins were divided into 2 groups：thrombosis group （n=25）and non-thrombosis group （n=38）. Blood coagulation parameters were statistically analyzed in the two groups. Results Among 63 patients with smoke -like echo pattern in lower limb veins,25 cases had thrombus and 46 cases had abnormal coagulation parameters. There were no significant differences in coagulation parameters between the two groups. Conclusion Smoke-like echo pattern in the lower limb veins may possibly indicate hypercoagulable state or thrombosis in the veins.
