Study on Technique of Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Seedless Watermelon

以无籽西瓜"牧童"的种子为材料,以其子叶为外植体,研究了其再生植株的适宜培养条件。结果表明:MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA是子叶诱导的最适宜培养基。不定芽在添加0.3 mg/L NAA的1/2MS培养基上生根效果最好。

The optimal culture conditions for regeneration plants were studied with the cotyledon of seedless watermelon cuhivar Mutong as explants. The results showed that the most suitable medium for buds induced from cotyledon of seedless watermelon was MS ＋ 2.0 mg/L 6 - BA ＋ 0. 1 mg/L NAA, and the medium of 1/2MS ＋ 0. 3 mg/L NAA was the best for rooting culture of adventitious buds.
