摘要
以北方园林绿化常见的3个暖季型草坪草品种为试材,研究了低温胁迫对其电解质渗出率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性等生理指标的影响。结果表明,随着低温胁迫的加剧,电解质渗出率呈增加趋势,MDA含量、CAT活性表现出先升后降的趋势,得出3个暖季型草坪草品种的抗寒性强弱顺序为:野牛草>结缕草>狗牙根。
Taking three varieties of warm-season turfgrass,common used in landscaping in Northern China,as materials,the influences of cold stress on electrolyte leakage rate,MDA content and CAT activity were analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of cold stress,the electrolyte leakage rate increased,and the MDA content and CAT activity rose firstly and then dropped.The cold-resistance of three varieties of warm-season turfgrass was ranked as Buchloe dactyloides Zoysia japonica,Cynodon dactylon(L.) Pers.var.dactylon in order.
