刺吸电位技术在植食性盲蝽取食行为研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 刺吸电位技术(electrical penetration graph,简称EPG)是昆虫电生理学发展的技术之一,主要用于研究刺吸式口器昆虫对寄主植物的取食行为。通过电子转换,将刺吸式昆虫取食行为中的不同阶段以不同的取食波形显示出来。本文综述了刺吸电位技术的发展历史、工作原理和植食性盲蝽的取食特点以及不同盲蝽取食行为中的EPG波形变化,同时概述了EPG应用中的技术要点。 The electrical penetration graph(EPG),an important technology in development of insect electrophysiology,was mainly used in studying the feeding behavior of piercing sucking insects.Different stages of their feeding behavior could be shown as different EPG waveforms by electrical switching.In this article,the development and working principle of EPG,the feeding characteristics of Phytophagous Miridoe,the EPG waveform changes in feeding behavior of different phytophagous Miridae,and the technical points in EPG application were summarized.
