摘要
通过工业试烧确定了利用苏州河底泥生产水泥熟料的工艺参数,并对熟料及其水泥的性能进行了分析。结果表明:苏州河底泥可以满足水泥生料的配料要求;其中的有机污染物和重金属元素在水泥生产中和产品使用中对环境和人体均不会造成二次污染和危害;其熟料矿物组成及水化产物与硅酸盐熟料相同,工业化中试产品 P· O525达到 GB175- 92要求;利用苏州河底泥生产水泥熟料在技术上是可行的。
Process parameters were determined through the trial production for the manufacture of cement clinker by using the sludge of Suzhou river. Performance of the clinker and the resultant cement were also measured. The results reveal that the sludge of Suzhou river can meet the requirement of raw meal proportioning. The organic pollutant and heavy metal element will not cause secondary pollution to the environment and human body during the production and application of cement. The mineral composition of clinker and the hydrates are the same as those of Portland cement. The trial- produced cement can reach the strength grade P· O525 based on the requirement of GB175- 92. The production of cement clinker with the sludge of Suzhou river is therefore confirmed to be feasible in terms of technology.
