定心支片用织物位移载荷曲线的数值模拟与验证 被引量:5

摘要 通过选取关键点的方法,建立了定心支片织物的几何模型,并对其进行了有限元数值模拟,获得了定心支片织物模型的位移-载荷曲线。借助LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术,对定心支片织物的实际位移-载荷曲线进行了测量,并与模拟结果进行了对比,结果显示二者吻合较好。研究结果表明,采用有限元数值模拟的方法对定心支片织物进行相关静力学结构分析是有效的,这为通过形状设计来提高定心支片织物的位移-载荷曲线的线性度提供了简便、有效的方法。 The model of a spider textile has been established by the method of keypoints selection. And its displacement-load curves are acquired by the finite element numerical simulation. With the aid of LabVIEW virtual instrument technology, displacement-load curves of real spider textile are measured. The simulated result is compared with the real one, and it proves that the compared results are coincident. It also shows that it is effective to make statics structure analysis on spider textile with finite element analysis method. "lifts provides a simple and effective method for improvement of the linearity of spider textile' s displacement-load curve by shape design.
