柔丝纤维细特纯纺纱的生产实践

摘要 探讨了2.11 dtex柔丝纤维在回潮率9%的条件下,加工成14.8 tex纯纺纱的纺纱工艺。在轻定量、紧隔距、低速度的基本工艺原则指导下,将各工序工艺参数优化,合理配置各工序设备和关键部件,最终解决了柔丝纤维强度较低、弹性较差、摩擦因数较小、静电较大等问题,纺纱生产顺利,所得产品质量较高,棉结较少,条干较均匀,而且生产成本较低,获得了较好的经济效益。 The spinning process that Rousi fibers which are of 2.11 dtvx are processed into the pure yams of 14.8 tex under moisture regain of 9% is discussed. The main technological parameters in each procedure were optimized under the guidance of basic process principle of light constant weight, short gauge, low speed. The spinning difficulties caused by low intensity, poor elasticity, low h-iction coefficient, static of the fiber were found by making rational deployment of equipments and critical components, thus getting a smooth going for spinning. The finished yarn has a good quality such as limited number of neps, good evenness, low cost, and better economic benefits.
