摘要
建立了测定纺织品中苯乙酮增塑剂的气相色谱一质谱法。样品使用甲基叔丁基醚在超声波中萃取,萃取液过滤、合并、浓缩后净化,进行气相色谱一质谱分析。结果显示,该方法检出限为0.3mg/kg,定量限为0.9mg/kg。对样品进行3组浓度水平的加标测定(N=6),平均回收率为80%~120%,相对标准偏差(RSDr)≤8%。在0.64—82mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999。该方法简便、快速、准确,可应用于纺织品中苯乙酮增塑剂含量的测定。
A new method is established for the determination of acetophenon plasticizer in textiles by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (C,C - MS). Tne sample was extracted by methyl text-butyl ether with ultrasonic method. The extracted liquid was injected into the gas chromatography mass spectrometry after fdtering, merging, concentration and purification. The limit of detection (LOD) and the Limit of quantizal.ion (LOQ) by use of this method are 0. 3mg/kg and 0. 9mg/kg respectively. The average recovery of acetophenon is in the range of 80% - 120% with relative standard deviations (RSDr) being less than 8% in three levels (N = 6) respective]y. The calibration curve of vinyl chloride is linear in the range of 0.64 - 82mg/kg (r=0. 9999 ). The method was simple, convenient and accurate, suitable for the determination of acetophenon plasticizer in textiles.
