摘要
本研究将少量钴着色剂引入白水泥原料中,采用直接法烧制蓝色硅酸盐水泥。由于改进了煅烧工艺,达到了蓝色水泥的正常呈色效果,与传统混合法相比,本研究可使着色剂含量进一步降低。 XRD和岩相结构分析表明:引入钴着色剂后可大大降低烧成温度,增加液相含量,能加速 C3S的转变与形成,有利于提高水泥熟料的质量。
A little cobalt oxide coloring agent was induced in the raw material to sinter blue silicate cement ith direct method in the research. Because of the improvement of sintering process, the desired blue color was achieved in the clinker of silicate cement. Compared with mixing method, directly sintering method can decrease the content of colorant. Analysis of XRD and microstructure demonstrate that cobalt colorant can low the sintering temperature of clinker and enhance the quality of cement obviously.
