hERG钾通道在肿瘤发生、发展及靶向治疗中的作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 herg基因是进化保守的电压门控外向整流钾离子通道的Ether—a-go-go(eag)家族成员之一,其编码的hERG钾通道是一种特殊类型的钾通道,具有内向整流特性。大量研究表明,hERG钾通道选择性表达于多种组织来源的肿瘤细胞,而在相应来源的正常组织细胞中不表达,参与调节肿瘤细胞的发生、发展,现将hERG钾通道在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用及设计靶向性hERG钾通道肿瘤治疗的策略进行综述。
