摘要
贾平凹的陕南出身以及他的写作风格使他的作品有一种典型陕西作家没有的"南方"气质,所以他更接近沈从文和孙犁这样风格"柔美"的一派,更注重作品的艺术表现。贾平凹创作的这种"南方"气质使他对沉实的陕西文学的主流叙述有一种隐隐的挑战性。不过,贾平凹的"南方"不同于"江南"。商洛虽然山清水秀,却是穷乡僻壤,没有"江南"的繁华和奢靡,没有"江南"文化在汉文化圈中的自信和统领地位,也没有江南叙述中落魄豪门式的伤感和怀旧,而有着底层小民的现实感和向上挣扎时的文学想象。贾平凹的特点就源自于他与"南方"这种若即若离的关系,源自于他创作的现实性和抒情性。他的不纯粹的"南方"出身和纯粹"北方"的创作环境反而造就了他无法复制的创作个性。
With his origin of southern Shaanxi and writing style, Jia Pingwa's works have a special temperature of "south", which most Shaanxi writers don't have. Therefore, he has been closer to the gentle and tender style, such as Shen Congwen's and Sun Li's styles, emphasizing the way of artistic expression. Jia's temperature of "south" makes him a challenger in some way against the realistic mainstream narrative of Shaanxi literature. However, Jia' s "south" is different from Jiangnan, which has been prosperous and sumptuous for a long time in the history of China, and enjoyed its confidence and the leading role in Chinese culture. Jia's homeland, Shangluo, has a beau- tiful scenery but is remote and poor. In this way, Jia's stories don't have the nostalgia and sentimentality of de- pressed wealthy and influential clan which Jiangnan narrative has ; in contrast, they have the realistic feeling of low classes and their literary imagination to struggle in the reality. Jia Pingwa's features come from his lukewarm rela- tionship with the "south" and from his creative personality of realism and lyricism. Both his origin of the impure "south" and his writing situation of the pure "north" made his unique creative personality.
