摘要
介绍了煤矿井下掘进工作面局部通风机自动变频调速系统的设计方案,实现了掘进工作面瓦斯的变频控制自动排放和节能减排。系统具有自动及手动切换功能,闭锁功能完善,尤其是根据掘进工作面瓦斯排放的特点进行了优化设计,使系统更加完善。对于保障矿井的安全生产和经济生产具有很大意义。
Discusses the design project of frequency variable speed drive system of auxiliary fan for heading of coal mine. The system realizes the gas auto-emission with variable frequency and energy-saving of the heading mine. It has both automatic and mannual switching functions and perfect lockout function, and is optimized in the light of the feature of heading gas emission. The system is of great significance for ensuring safe and ecomonic production of the coal mine.
