摘要
为提高钻杆热处理生产效率,降低劳动强度,降低成本,设计了钻杆回火自动化装置。该装置是将原来钻杆由人工送进回火,改进为采用感应线圈自动送进回火,实现钻杆轴向随感应线圈自动定位,钻杆自动送进,以及四感应线圈同时加热方式。该装置经实际应用,实现了钻杆的无人化、自动化操作,提高劳动效率3~4倍。
In order to improve the production efficiency of drill pipe heat treatment, reduce labor intensity and the cost, designs the drill pipe backfired automation device. Adopts the handmade drill pipe backfired, which makes automatically backfired of induction coil. The drill pipe axial is positioned automatically with induction coil. The drill pipe is automatically sent as well as the four induction coil heating methods. As a result, the device realized unmanned and automatic operation, and enhance the labor efficiency 3 to 4 times.
