摘要
针对煤矿井下排水泵依靠人工操作存在的问题,采用CAN总线传输技术,设计了一种井下排水监控系统。该系统既能实现对排水系统设备状态的实时监测,又可根据水仓水位、涌水量、峰谷电价等情况自动控制水泵系统的启停,从而能够实现节约资源、提高劳动效率和延长设备使用寿命等目的。重点介绍CAN总线的特性,煤矿井下排水系统的特点和系统软硬件设计。该系统经煤矿实际应用,取得了良好的效果。
On account of the problems that drainage at underground mine relies on manual operation, uses CAN bus transmission technology, designs mine underground drainage system. This system can not only realize real-time monitor of drainage system mode, but also automatically control the start and stop of pump system according to water warehouse level, water inflow and peak valley price. This system can save energy, improve labor efficiency and prolong service life of equipment. Introduces the features of CAN bus in details, the features of drainage system and the design of hardware and software. This system gains good effect by practical application.
