摘要
分析矿井提升尾绳产生拧劲、扭结的原因,建立矿井提升尾绳工作张力方程。设计了尾绳张力检测传感电路及信号处理电路;并开发了基于nRF401的尾绳张力数据无线传输系统。实现了尾绳远程监控与分析,保障尾绳及提升机的安全可靠运行。
The causes of knotting and wring occured at the mine hoist tail rope are analyzed. The working tension formula of the tail rope is established. The detection sensory circuit and the signal processing circuit for the tail rope tension are designed. Futhermore, the wireless transmission system for the tail rope' s tension data based on nRF401 has been developed, and the remote monitoring and analysis of the tail rope's operation is realized, which ensure the safe and reliable running of the tail rope, as well as of the entire mine hoist.
