摘要 针对传统的井下瓦斯监测系统存在信号传输距离短、抗干扰能力弱、安装调试不便等问题,结合井下生产环境复杂、距离长、监测范围广的特点,以工业以太网、CANopen现场总线和单总线技术为基础,设计了具有三层网络结构的瓦斯环境监测系统。该系统主要以C8051040单片机为核心,研制基于CANopen现场总线的从站,并利用单总线及多传感器技术对井下温度、风速、瓦斯浓度等多种环境参数进行自动监测,通过CANopen现场总线和工业以太网对现场数据进行实时传输。实验结果表明,该系统具有较高的稳定性、可靠性和抗干扰能力。 In order to solve the problems of short transmission distance, weak anti-interference ability, complicated installation and adjustment in traditional gas monitoring methods at underground mine. Puts forward a design scheme of gas environment monitoring system based on Industrial Ethernet, CANopen field bus and 1-wire bus according to complex production environment, long transmission distance and wide monitoring range at underground mine. The system takes C8051040 single-chip microcomputer as core of sub-computer system and can automatically monitor environment parameters of temperature, wind speed and gas concentration at underground mine by use of 1-wire bus and multi-sensor; then real-timely transmits the parameters to upper computer through CANopen field bus and Industrial Ethernet. The experimental result shows that the system has high stability, reliability and anti-interference ability.
