摘要
介绍电磁先导阀的工作原理,并根据流体动力学理论,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真软件中的GAMBIT对阀的仿真模型进行网格划分,模拟水在阀内的流动过程。得出阀内压力的分布云图、流场轨迹和节流口流速分布曲线,为验证先导阀的稳定性和结构优化提供了依据。
Describes the working principle of the solenoid pilot valve (SPV). Based on the fluid dynamics theory, using the model GAMBIT of CFD ( Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation software, carries out meshes on the valve model, simulates the flow of water in the valve model. Gaines the cloud figure of pressure distribution, and figures of throttle flow velocity and trajectory. The study provides a basis for verifying the stability of SPV and its structural optimization.
