摘要
分析了U型输送链附板的结构特点,在此基础上对其冲压加工工艺进行优化设计。介绍了改进后级进模的结构特点及冲压加工工艺。实践证明,通过改进提高了产品质量稳定性,提高了生产效率,降低了加工成本。
Analyzes the structure features of U-shaped conveyor chain additional plate, optimized designs of stamping process on the basis of analysis. Introduces the features of improved progressive mold structure and stamping technics. The practical application shows that the stability of production quality is improved; the production efficiency is high and the production cost is reduced.
