摘要
用故障树分析法对矿井提升机制动系统的故障进行诊断,得出提高矿井提升机制动系统可靠性的有效途径。采用定性、定量分析法,研究基本故障发生概率对顶事件发生概率的影响,包括概率重要度和关键重要度,得出对顶事件影响最大的基本故障事件。降低这类基本故障事件发生概率,可以有效降低矿井提升机制动系统故障发生的概率。
The fault tree analysis (FTA) method is applied to the mine hoist brake for fault diagnosis, and the effective way to improve its reliability may be found. Adopting the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, research the influence of every basic failure event in terms of probability on the top event, including probable and crucial degree of importance, and thus catch out the basic failure event which mostly influence. Reducing its failure probability will effectively reduce the failure probability of the brake.
