摘要 为提高矿用变频器的可靠性,介绍了避免变频器硬件损坏的方法。分析了变频器中硬件损坏的原因,比如浪涌电流和谐波,分布电感和分布电容,温度,短路,以及接线端子的刚性连接等。变频器经优化后,可以改善变频器的稳定性。 In order to improve the reliability of frequency converter, introduces the method of avoiding frequency converter hardware damage. Analyzes the reason of hardware faults, such as inrush current and harmonic, distributed inductance and distributed capacitance, temperature, short circuit and rigid connection. Finds out the optimization of details that can improve the stability of frequency converter.
