摘要
港西油田是典型的复杂断块油田,目前整体进入高含水、高采出程度的"双高"开采阶段,单井产量低,开发效益差。运用新"三重"技术思路,进行重构地下认识体系研究,以提高对油藏构造、储层分布及剩余油的认识程度;进行重建井网结构研究,布署新井和老井综合利用相结合来改善注采对应关系;进行地面系统的简化优化研究,重组地面工艺流程。港西二区已累计实施新井36口,新建产能6.99×104t,日产油由120.51 t/d增加到201.1 t/d,综合含水下降7.24%,自然递减由18.53%下降到8.66%,采油速度由0.58%提高到0.93%,阶段采出程度提高了4.28%。
Gangxi Oilfield is a typical complicated fault oilfield.Now it has gone into a stage of high recovered percentage and high water cut with low production rate and poor development benefit.The study in 3 aspects is conducted,that is,the study on reconstructing underground recognition system to improve the awareness of the reservoir structure and reservoir distribution and remaining oil;the study on reconstructing well patterns and arranging new wells in incorporation with old wells to improve the injection-production relationship;and the study on the simplification and optimization of surface facilities to resetting-up surface process.The secondary development technique has been applied in 36 wells of Block 2 of Gangxi Oilfield,thus resulting in a new establishment of production capacity of 6.99 × 10 4 t,an increase in daily oil production from 120.51 t/d to 201.1 t/d,a drop of gross water cut by 6.95%,a natural decline from 18.53% to 8.66%,a rise of oil recovery speed from 0.58% to 0.93% and an increase in periodic recovered percentage by 4.28%.
