摘要
冀东南堡油田大斜度注水井在分注作业过程中存在封隔器起下困难及坐封、洗井过程中封隔器胶筒受力不均、蠕动变形严重的问题。为此,改进了传统Y341注水封隔器的结构,针对胶筒进行了基于SOLIDWORKS SIMULATION的优化设计,并采用了耐高温高压密封元件,使封隔器能够满足大斜度井的工作条件和工作要求,且该封隔器具备重复坐封的能力。室内实验和现场试验证明,该封隔器可以满足大斜度井高温高压注水的要求。该封隔器的研制对于井斜为50~70°的斜井上实现偏心定量分注是一个技术突破。
Separate zone water injection in highly deviated wells in Jidong Nanbao oilfield has presented problems of packer tripping difficulty,uneven force on and creep deformation of packer rubber during setting and flushing process.Hence,the structure of traditional packer Y341 for water injection is modified,the packer rubber is optimized based on SOLIDWORKS SIMULATION,and the sealing element resistant to high temperature and high pressure is adopted.Such a packer can satisfy operations in highly deviated wells and is able to be set repeatedly.Laboratory experiments and field tests have proved that this packer is successful in high temperature and high pressure water injection operation in highly deviated wells.The development of this packer is a technical breakthrough for eccentric quantitative separate injection in wells with 50 ~ 70° deviation.
