摘要
在冬季施工中,为了提高混凝土的抗冻能力,在拌制混凝土的过程中要掺入混凝土复合防冻剂。粉煤灰、矿渣作为矿物掺合料,在拌制混凝土的过程中可以替代部分水泥使用,从而提高硬化混凝土的后期强度,但是会导致混凝土早期强度有所降低,进而导致混凝土的早期抗冻性能降低。试验表明,复合防冻剂能提高粉煤灰、矿渣双掺混凝土的和易性,并使硬化混凝土的结构均匀性得到改善,早期强度和后期强度均得到提高。
Compound antifreeze is mixed into concrete in winter construction for improving the frost resis- tance of concrete. The fly ash and slag could be substituted for some cement as mineral additive, which can im- prove the late strength of hardened concrete, but reduce the early strength of concrete and the early frost resis- tance of concrete. The test indicates that the compound antifreeze can advance the workability of fly ash and slag double-admixing concrete, improve the structural uniformity of hardened concrete, and heighten the early strength and late strength of concrete.
