论如何提升农村公路的管养水平

How to Upgrade Management and Maintenance Level of Rural Highway

针对当前农村公路管理养护中存在的管养资金不足、重建轻养等问题,结合笔者多年来从事农村公路管养工作的实践经验,提出落实农村公路管养的可行措施,为同行提供参考。

In allusion to the problems existing in rural highway maintenance at present such as insufficient fund for maintenance and management, paying much attention to construction meanwhile paying little attention to maintenance, and so on, combining with many years of practical experience, the paper puts forward some feasible measures to implement rural highway management and maintenance, which can be consulted by peers.
