在十二五规划中,休闲农业的规划被再一次提到了较高的位置,引导我国休闲农业持续健康发展,促进农民就业增收,繁荣农业农村经济,使得休闲农业已进入快速发展的新阶段,南京市高淳县已经打造了"国际慢城"的品牌,为了进一步深化慢城的特色,强化高淳旅游业的新发展,砖墙镇根据自身的特色计划打造水乡慢城三十里荷花荡旅游项目,提高砖墙的知名度,加快旅游业的发展,从而提高砖墙的经济发展。项目力图在设计中强调生态的同时,增加创意性,提高景观的特色与个性,从而为将来的旅游业打好建设的基础。

In the 12th Five-Year Plan,the planning of leisure agriculture has been once again put at a higher position for directing the sustainable and healthy development of China＇s leisure agriculture and promoting farmers＇ income increase and bringing prosperity of agriculture and rural economy.Leisure agriculture has entered the new stage of rapid development and Gaochun County of Nanjing and created an ＂International Slow City＂ brand.To further strengthen the characteristics of the ＂Slow City＂ and promote the tourism development of Gaochun County,Zhuanqiang town plans to create the project ＂Thirty li lotus marshland in water town and slow city＂ to enhance the fame of the town and speed up the development of tourism,thereby enhancing the economic development.While putting an emphasis on eco-design,the designers try to increase creativity and improve the characteristics and feature of the landscape so that the project will make the foundation for the future building of the tourism industry.
