摘要
介绍了连云港建港指挥部改扩建工程办公楼的结构设计。框架-核心筒结构体系,达到A级高度的界限高度。工程进行了合理的结构布置及基础选型,采用了两种不同力学模型结构分析软件SATWE、PMSAP进行整体计算及对比分析,采用弹性时程分析法进行补充计算,其计算结果均符合规范规定。并对主楼楼板局部开洞及主框架梁缺失采取了必要的加强措施,简要介绍了地下室的抗裂防渗及抗浮措施。
This paper introduces the structure design of the extension project of Lianyungang port construction headquarters office building.Frame-core wall structure achieves the limit height of level A.The engineering took reasonable structural layout and selection of foundation form.,And it used two different mechanical model structural Microsoft SATWE and PMSAP to do integral calculation and comparative analysis.At the same time,Elastic time-history analysis was taken to do supplement calculation,and the results conformed to the regulatory requirements.This engineering also took necessary strengthen measures aimed at partial opening hole of the main floor and main frame beam loss,and introduced the basement crake-resistance and seepage control and anti-floating measures.
