摘要
随着城区改扩建工程发展,在建好的人防洞及浅埋地下铁道等地下建筑上面建造房屋设施的问题变得十分突出,既要考虑地下空间的合理利用,也要考虑和已有地下洞室的相互作用影响。针对某多层建筑基础群与下部人防洞室群的相互作用影响,利用三维有限元数值模拟,探讨了在已有地下洞室群上部大面积开挖及新建多层建筑的相互作用问题,分析了基坑开挖过程、建筑基础荷载的施加和已有洞室群这三者的相互影响,这些研究成果除了能对工程的顺利实施起着十分重要的指导作用外,还可为以后类似工程积累经验和实践资料。
Following the engineering development of rebuilding and continuation in urban regions,it is necessary to consider the reasonable utilization of underground space as well as the interaction between multilayer building foundations and underground shelter caves.In order to deal with the influence of the multilayer building foundations adjacent to the underground shelter caves,the the interaction between multilayer building foundations and underground shelter caves is analyzed by use of the 3-D finite element method in this paper.The interaction of large regions excavation,construction foundation loads and the caves are discussed.The study results not only serve as important reference to the construction of this case,but also accumulate experience and data for other similar engineering practices.
