高校老校区传承与更新初探——以2011河海大学清凉山校区规划为例

Study on the Traditional Inheritance and Update of Old Campus of University——Taking 2011 Planning of Qingliang Mountain Campus of Hohai University as Example

文章以河海大学清凉山校区2011规划方案为例,基于河海大学"十二五"发展规划和清凉山校区现状,对清凉山校区所存在的问题进行梳理与分析。探寻利用建筑全周期规律,盘活校园资产的新思路。在保存校园既有风格、传承校园文脉的同时为学校未来的发展开辟新的空间。

Taking 2011 Planning of Qingliang sorted and analysed the existing problems in Mountain Campus, Hohai University as example, this paper has Qingliang Mountain Campus based on the ＂Twelfth Five-year Plan＂ of Hohai University and current situation of the campus. Using building＇s regularity of full life circle, it explores a new way to manage the property in campus. Based on the present style it will inherit the campus culture and open up a new space for future development.
