商品住宅楼裂缝问题的探讨

Discussion on Crack Problem of Commercial Residential Building

近来,随着我国房地产的迅猛发展,商品住宅楼无论在数量、质量都有了长足的发展;但与此同时商品住宅楼的质量问题尤其是裂缝作为质量通病也变的越来越突出。文章在总结目前商品住宅工程中主要问题的基础上,选取裂缝这个质量通病加以分析和探讨,进而提出相应的解决措施。

In recent years, with the rapid development of China＇s real estate, residential building has made great progress both in quantity and quality; but at the same time, quality problems of commercial residential buildings especially the cracks as a quality problem has become increasingly prominent. This paper summa- rizes the current main problems based on the commodity housing project, select the crack in the quality defects to be analyzed and discussed, and puts forward corresponding solving measures.
