摘要
预应力混凝土空心桩用作抗拔桩,在基础工程中已得到应用。针对目前桩与承台基础连接问题,文章介绍了一种内螺纹连接新技术,通过在桩顶内壁增加内螺纹来提高填芯与桩内壁摩擦力。开展内螺纹预应力混凝土空心方桩与普通预应力混凝土空心方桩填芯抗拔对比试验,结果表明内螺纹能有效增加填芯混凝土与桩内壁的啮合粘结性能。内螺纹连接新技术能减少混凝土的灌芯长度,节省混凝土和钢筋的用量,值得在工程中推广应用。
Prestressed concrete pipe pile had be used for uplift pile in foundation engineering. The paper de- scribes the internal thread connection technology for the problem of the pile cap foundation by increasing the thread to increase friction. The Uplift research had been made by contrasting the internal thread prestressed square pile with the prestressed square pile. The internal thread can effectively increase the bonding of the in- ner wall of concrete and piles. The Internal thread connection technology will reduce the length of the concrete grouted. It will save the quantity of steel and concrete. It is worth to be used in engineering.
