某新建工程,施工场地狭小,传统的基础形式不能满足工程建设要求,该工程先施工混凝土承台及部分上部主体结构,然后在混凝土承台下静压预制桩,形成逆作复合桩基础。经过精心设计和施工,取得了预期效果。

Because of the narrowness of construction plant in a project, the traditional pile foundation form can no longer meet the construction requirements. According to the actual situation, a new composite pile founda- tion with top-down method has been proposed. That is, to begin with the construction of the concrete cushion cap and the upper part of the main structures, and then to set preformed pile under the concrete cushion cap. Through verification by using actual examples, the results are very promising.
