摘要
2011年,"城市看海"成了最新的网络流行语,由暴雨引发的"城市内涝"多达100多个城市,对城市安全和经济造成很大影响。城市的暴雨排除系统以及排水系统普遍存在着一定的问题,文章在分析暴雨积水原因的基础上,提出了相应对策。
In 2011,＂seeing the sea in the city＂became the new popular language of internet. The storm caused waterlogging in more than 100 cities, which had great influence in the city economy and security. City rain re- moval and drainage system both have some problems generally. Based on the analysis of rainstorm waterlogging reason foundation, the paper proposed some corresponding countermeasures.
