从高邮灌区发展历程看现代化灌区建设的方向

On Direction of Modern Port Construction in View of Development History of the Gaoyou Irrigation Area

高邮灌区位于南水北调东线工程源头段,在介绍高邮灌区的建设历程中,分析存在问题及面临新一轮大型灌区建设改造的形势,对高邮灌区如何建设现代化节水生态型大型灌区,更好地适应南水北调通水运行的要求,以及其建设发展的模式和发展方向作了初步探讨。

Gaoyou Irrigation District is located in the source part of the eastern route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project （SNWDP）. Since a new round of construction and renovation of large-scale irrigation district is about to begin, how to build a modem water-saving ecological large-scale irrigation district, how to attach equal importance to water-saving ecological co-ordinate and renovation, and how to accord with the requirements of south-to-north water diversion project are need to reply. This paper puts forward a pattern of construction and development which fits Gaoyou Irrigation District, and probes into the modem development direction of Gaoyou Irrigation District.
