摘要
汉江兴隆水利枢纽船闸人字闸门重量大安装技术难度大、精度要求高,测控难点多、安装部件复杂、工期紧张。在施工过程中对重点、难点如安装测量控制、安装位置选取、运输与吊装、拼焊变形控制、顶枢安装等方面进行了分析与研究,并选取了现场直立组装焊接、门叶组装中预留反变形技术,适宜的焊接等技术措施,使其安全、可靠按时完成了安装任务。
The miter gate of Xinglong hydro-junction ship lock at Han River is characteristic of big weight,difficult installation, high accuracy, many difficuh control points, complicated installation parts and tight construction schedule. During the construction some key points and difficult procedures, such as surveying control, installation position selection, transportation and hoisting, welding deformation control, trunnion installation, are annalized and studied, some suitable welding technology, namely on-site vertical assembly and welding, reserved deformation of door leaf assembly, are adapted to make the installation safe, reliable and finished on time.
