Application of JIT Procurement Mode to Materials Supplying Chain in Shengli Oilfield

JIT采购是在供应链环境下产生的一种新型的采购模式,以电子商务等现代信息技术为支撑。中石化股份胜利油田分公司物资供应处化工材料(以下简称物资供应处化工科)立足胜利油田物资采购供应的现状,以强化精细管理为着力点,把科学理性采购的理念贯穿于整个物资采购供应管理的全过程,对JIT采购模式理论在胜利油田供应链管理中的应用做了有益的探索。

JIT Procurement is a new type of procurement mode generated under the environment of supplying chain,and is supported by such modern information technology as E-commerce and etc. Petrochemical Section of Material Supplying De-partment Section of SINOPEC Shengli Oilfield Division （Petrochemical Section） improved the current procurement and suppl-ying status by strengthening delicacy management,applied the scientific procurement concept to the whole process of the Pro-curement management,and has made valuable exploration on the application of the theory of JIT procurement mode to the Ma-terials supplying chain in Shengli Oilfield.
