International business correspondence is an important media of communication in international business activities and has become part of the international economic and trade activities. But how to improve the communication function of international business correspondence has become a problem to be solved. This article tries to introduce JIT theory to the operation of international business correspondence and make it timely in reply, adequate in content and appropriate in form in order to improve the communicative effects of foreign business correspondence and facilitate international trade.
