铍铜加工过程中含铍废气治理方案探讨

In this paper, the hazard of the beryllium and beryllium oxide dust have been introduced. According to the production of the beryllium copper in the different section, the parameters such as the corresponding dust composition, particles＇ sizes and the concentrations have been given. The aspects which need to pay attention have been summarized on the removal system design about waste gas with beryllium dust. And the harnessing scheme of waste gas are presented. The design method of the dust removal systems has been introduced to combine the practical engineering.
