基于钻石理论的福建动漫产业竞争力分析

Analysis of Fujian Animation Industry’s Competitiveness Based on the Diamond Theory

依据钻石理论剖析福建动漫产业发展面临的挑战,并提出提升福建动漫产业竞争力的对策。研究发现,福建动漫产业存在资本资源不足、人力资源匮乏、本土需求乏力、动漫产业链条断裂、市场竞争激烈、政府支持力度仍需加强等困难。可以通过改善财税政策并培养本土动漫人才、积极实施"引进来、走出去"战略以贴合并促进社会需求、完善动漫产业发展链条并创新盈利模式、树立动漫龙头企业并加强知识产权保护、强化政府服务能力等策略,提供动漫产业发展所需,提升产业竞争力。

The article use the diamond theoretical model to analyze the challenges that Fujian animation industry is facing and put forward corresponding measures and suggestions. Nowadays, there are some lackages in Fujian animation industry, including insufficient capital resources, inadequate human resources, the rela- tively weak local demand, the broken animation industry chain , the intense competition and the insufficient government＇ s support efforts. By improving fiscal policies, cultivating local animation talents; laminating and promoting social needs; implementing the ＂bringing in and going global＂ strategy actively; developing the animation industry chain and innovating the profit model; establishing the leading animation enterprises, strengthening IPR protection and enhancing the government＇ s services capacity to provide the necessary needs of animation industry and some other strategies, the competitiveness of the animation industry in Fujian Province is enhanced.
