A Study of Regional Universities and Local Economic Development

州市本科院校服务地方经济社会发展,从根本上说就是州市本科院校主动为区域社会发展服务,自觉的融入到地方经济、社会的发展中,与其和谐发展,共生共荣,成为直接推动区域经济社会发展的动力,实现高校与区域经济社会间的双向互动合作。

Institutions of higher education plays an important role in fostering local economic de- velopment. The present thesis suggests that local universities and colleges have to actively partic- ipate in promoting the social economic development of the region to achieve a win-win result.
