葡萄酒感官评价结果的显著性检验方法研究

摘要 在葡萄酒评价中,简单的感官评价难以真实反映葡萄酒的质量.结合实际感官评价数据,运用SPSS软件,利用MATLAB建立配对样本T检验模型,并进行配对样本T检验求解,得到两组评酒员的评价结果存在显著性差异的结论.同时通过对两组评酒员对样本打分的情况进行方差分析,采用图表分析法初步得出两组评价结果的稳定程度分析,并用方差分析法进行结果验证,结果表明第二组评价结果可信度更高.利用文中的研究方法可对评酒员的评价结果进行科学评判,具有较高的准确性和科学性,为葡萄酒的准确评价提供了重要的参考依据. In the evaluation of grape wine, a simple sensory evaluation is hard to give an accurate picture of the quality of the grape wine. By analyzing the actual sensory evaluation data with SPSS and using MATLAB, to build a test model for paired samples and then solving it, we can see a significant difference between the evaluation results from two different groups of grape wine tasters. Meanwhile, through the analysis of variance on the scores of the sample given by the two groups, a preliminary conclusion about the degree of stability of the two sets of evaluation results can be drawn. After examining this conclusion by analysis of variance, a result shows that the second set of evaluation results is more credible. This research method mentioned in the paper can lead to a more accurate and specific judgment on the evaluation results of grape wine tasters, and also provides an important reference for the accurate evaluation of grape wine.
