摘要
群体动力理论认为,群体(场)中的各种力量对个体的行为表现有直接的作用和影响,这些力量包括群体领导方式动力、组织形式动力、结构性质动力及群体公约与群体多数动力。群体动力理论视角下高职兼职教师队伍建设必须在注重个体"场域"行为研究的同时,加强兼职教师群体(场)建设,其主要策略是改善兼职教师群体组织,健全兼职教师群体规范,优化兼职教师群体结构,凝聚兼职教师群体力量。为此必须建立健全兼职教师治理机制和评聘机制,培育兼职教师文化。
According to the Group Dynamics Theory, various dynamics of the group have the direct effect on the behavior of individuals, which include the dynamics of leader style, organization form, structural properties, convention and majority. From this perspective, the construction of the part-time teachers group in higher vocational colleges should strengthen the group construction, while putting emphasis on the study of the individual behavior. The constructing strategies are: part-time teachers group organization should be improved, the standard of part-time teachers group should be perfected, the structure of part-time teachers group should be optimized and the power of them should be cohered. Thus, part-time teachers" governance mechanism and evaluation and employment mechanism should be established and perfected, and the culture of the part-time teachers should be cultivated.
