摘要
面对新的教育理念和教育行为,教师面临着巨大挑战。如何应对挑战,根本策略之一就是促进教师的专业化成长。以此作为出发点和落脚点,阐明教师专业化的特质及其现实意义,并有针对性地对制约教师专业化成长的问题进行反思,进而提出促进教师专业化成长的有效策略。
Facing the new education idea and behavior, teachers are faced with enormous challenges. How to deal with the challenges? One of the fundamental strategies is to promote the teachers" professional growth. Taking this as the starting point and the foothold, teachers" professional unique qualities and practical significance are explained and the effective strategies promoting teachers" professional development are put forward.
