摘要
用人单位选才理念的更新为就业指导课教学提出新的要求和任务。为应对新的形势,提升高职学生的职业选择能力,就业指导课教学模式应包括理论教学及实践训练两部分,即个体认知训练、场景实践训练、应聘技能训练、专门岗位训练和就业法律事务训练等五个模块,由此形成符合高职学生特点的理论教学模式和具有可操作性的实践模式,全面提升就业指导课的教学质量。
The updated recruitment concept of organizations puts forward new requirements and tasks for employment guidance course teaching. In order to deal with the new situation and improve higher vocational students' career choice ability, the teaching mode of employment guidance course should include theory teaching and practical training, that is, individual cognitive training, scene practice training, job-applying skills training, special post training and employment legal affairs training in order to develop a form of theory teaching with the characteristics of higher vocational students as well as an operational practice mode and improve teaching quality of this course.
