摘要
国医大师徐景藩教授在论治溃疡性结肠炎方面经验丰富,形成了"脾虚湿热夹瘀,寒热错杂,肝、脾、肾同病"为病机特点,"温清并用、补泻兼施"为治则的学术思想,拟定了连脂清肠汤、治泻方、灌肠方。徐老提倡口服汤剂、散剂,配合灌肠、足疗的综合治疗措施,在溃疡性结肠炎治疗方面取得了卓著的临床疗效。
Professor XU Jing-fan has plenty of experiences in treating ulcerative colitis. He forms the academic thoughts of ＇spleen deficiency with blood stasis and heat dampness, mixed cold and heat, simultaneous diseases of liver, spleen, kidney＇ and ＇together using warming and heat-cleating, tonifying and reducing method＇, producting Lianzhi Clear Bowel Decoction, Curing Diarrhea Prescription and Enema Formula. He gets the distinguished clinical curative effects through the comprehensive treatments.
