张根腾教授应用麻黄连轺赤小豆汤的经验浅析

Clinical experience of professor ZHANG Gen-teng by using Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou Decoction

张根腾教授从事临床医疗工作数十年,积累了丰富的临床经验。在麻黄连轺赤小豆汤的应用上,张根腾教授认为伤寒太阳病表邪未解而入里与阳明经湿邪相合,湿热郁遏发黄者,用此方为其正治;若不黄者,只要是外有表邪,内有里湿者,亦可运用本方加减治之,实为麻黄连轺赤小豆汤临证扩展之用法。基于上述认识,张教授常在此基础上根据病证的具体症情随证加减,多用于治疗急慢性肾炎、紫癜性肾炎、肾盂肾炎、荨麻疹、玫瑰糠疹等多种病证,辨证属外有表邪,内有里湿之证。

Professor ZHANG Gen-teng has engaged in clinical work for decades and accumulated rich clinical experience. In the application of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction, professor ZHANG think typhoid solar disease with external evil unsolved but into the inside consistency with Yangming meridian dampness, hot and humid stagnation to jaundice, using this prescription is the correct way. But if not jaundice just outside the evil, inside dampness, regulating the prescription treating disease also is its function extension. Based on above acquaintance, professor ZHANG usually used the prescription to differentiate and treat this kind of syndrome with external evil and inside dampness, for example, acute and chronic hephritis, anaphylactic purpura nephritis, nephropyelitis, urticaria, rosa rugosa, and so on, and regulated prescription according to different syndromes.
