人工模拟寒湿环境对上呼吸道感染小鼠一般情况的影响 被引量:6

Influence of the general situations of mice infected by RSV in the damp and cold environment

摘要 目的:探讨寒湿环境因素以及药物干预对正常及呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染小鼠一般情况的影响。方法:借助人工气候箱,模拟寒湿外邪环境,通过观察小鼠一般情况及饮水、饮食、体质量变化等,分析寒湿外邪及中、西药物对小鼠产生的影响。结果:在造模期间,与正常组相比,各组小鼠均出现了饮水、进食的减少;体质量增长速度减慢或体质量减轻;部分小鼠相继出现足背水肿、关节肿大、活动减少、鼻部分泌物增多、大便不成形、精神萎靡、行动迟缓、皮毛晦暗无光泽等症状;且寒湿组、病毒组症状出现时间较早,相对较重。结论:持续的寒湿环境刺激可以使正常小鼠一般情况发生改变,病毒感染组小鼠出现症状时间早,程度重;使用麻黄加术汤、利巴韦林药物干预后症状得到改善,说明寒湿环境、微生物与药物对小鼠整体状态均有影响,即持续的寒湿外邪可以影响正常小鼠一般情况并导致感染RSV小鼠病情加重。 Objective: To explore the influence of the general situations of mice infected by RSV in the damp and cold environment and the interventional effects by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods: By using artificial climate box to simulate the environment of cold-wet exopathogen, to bserve the general situations on the changes of water drinking, diet and body weight, and to analyze the influence factors on mice affected by the damp and cold environment, and the interventional effects by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Results: Compared with the normal guoup, the food and water consumption in all model groups waere significantly decreased, and the growth rate and body weight were significantly lowed down. Some of the mice had the manifestations of dorsal swelling, arthrocele, less activities, more nasal secretion, loose stool, dispirited, movement retardation, fur tarnished. Compared with other groups, the symptoms above were more serious in cold-damp group and virus group. Conclusion: Sustained stimuli in cold-damp environment could change the general situations of mice. Symptoms were more serious and appeared earlier in virus group compared with other groups. The symptoms were improved by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. So we could draw a conclusion that cold environment, microorganism and drug all can affect the integrated states of mice, that means sustained cold-damp exogenous pathogenic factors can affect the general situations of mice and lead to worse condition in mice infected by RSV.
